- After showing the power of his pen through Kshanam, Adivi Sesh writes the story of a spy thriller Goodachari this time. The writing of Sesh itself is a big promotion to the film. Nonetheless, the trailer just showed that he is ready to take Tollywood to the next level. Let's see if he lives up to the expectations yet again.
The story of Goodachari belongs to Arjun Kumar(Adivi Sesh) who is the son of an Indian army man Raghuveer. After his father dies in a tragic accident, Arjun aspires to become a part of CBI/IB/FA/RAW and in the process falls in love with Sameera. Will he be able to get into any of the bureaus? If so, which one and what trouble will he get into forms the rest of the story.
Adivi Sesh(Arjun Kumar/Gopi) has done a fantastic job. He is so charming in the love track and looked raw in the action sequences. If not him, may be Mahesh babu is the only man who can do justice to a script like this. Sobhita as Sameera in the female lead is hot and attractive. Even though her screen time is not so long, her action is impressive. Prakash Raj gets a good role and he delivers. Jagapati Babu has got another meaty role and no one can do a better justice to this role than him. Vennela Kishore gets an important role and does a good job and the rest of the cast gives their best.
I think after Kshanam, Adivi Sesh is highly valued in the tollywood circles and for all the right reasons. Yet again, he comes up with this spy thriller “Goodachari”. Taking up a script like this in Tollywood has been picking up lately and the movie tells why Adivi Sesh is the right man to take it up. He doesn't fail in keeping the audience at the edge of their seats for every scene. The production values have been very rich.
The direction, screenplay, cinematography, BGM, everything is exceptional. I don’t think there is a sequence or a scene in the movie which is unnecessary adjusted in the script. Every scene has its own importance and every character present in the movie has done justice to their roles. When it comes to comedy, there is humor here and there whenever Vennela Kishore comes onto the screen. With stories like these, you don’t really need comedy since you get so involved with what’s coming next.
The climax clearly gives you an indication that Adivi Sesh has his script ready for the part 2 of Goodachari. It's just a matetr of time before they announce it. It's high time Tollywood is taken to the next level with the help of masterminds like Adivi Sesh. I would definitely recommend watching this thriller on screen and encourage movies like this. It would appeal to all classes of audience. Don't miss it.
